As far as quality of the product I have to say it is top notch. I am in the automotive industry and work with OE parts and many after market accessories on a daily basis and your product is high quality with awesome detailed installation instructions. I was surprised at how easy it was to install other than accessing my factory gauges (not your fault).

Your customer support system is also the best I have seen. All of my questions have been answered promptly with great enthusiasm. Often times in dealing with support questions it seems you are a burden to the manufacturer, not with Hydrophase though. You always had a great attitude and some insightful ideas to try.
