The Ridesteady speed controller is amazing.
My kids have been learning to wakeboard so we’ve been doing a lot of riding in the 12-18 mph range where the boat is half-way on plane, and it is extremely difficult to maintain a constant speed. The best I could do was about +/- 2-3 mph. Ridesteady holds the speed to within about +/- 0.2 mph under these conditions, and with no effort!
We also use the boat for recreational slalom skiing, and it works very well for that too.
