System is straightforward to understand and install. Instructions excellent and pic references to other installs very helpful. What was most helpful was having Justin available and responsive in a timely manner to questions i had as the install proceeded. I sent him pics/video of my progress and he viewed and commented on the work as it went along. This available ongoing and timely feedback was the most important part of my experience. This fellow provides excellent customer service. He not only sells the product but backs it up with timely tech advise. Despite this being a fairly straightforward system and install as stated above, there are always nuances which come up and need clarification. He so did.
